2. Services Provided

Dez Realty LLC offers residential real estate services, including assisting buyers and sellers with property transactions and providing cash offers for homes.  There are no costs associated with contacting us or working with us, we buy your house for cash and pay all costs ourselves

3. Agreement to Receive Text Messages

By providing your mobile number, you agree that Dez Realty may send you periodic SMS or MMS messages containing but not limited to important information, updates, deals, and specials.

You will receive up to 2 messages per month.

You may unsubscribe at any time by texting the word STOP to the (716) 415-4455. You may receive a subsequent message confirming your opt-out request.

By subscribing or otherwise using the service, you acknowledge and agree that we will have the right to change and/or terminate the service at any time, with or without cause and/or advance notice.

Will I be charged for the text messages I receive?

Though Dez Realty will never charge you for the text messages you receive, depending on your phone plan, you may see some charges from your mobile provider. Please reach out to your wireless provider if you have questions about your text or data plan.

3. Client Responsibilities

    • Provide accurate information regarding properties and personal details.

    • Comply with all applicable laws and contractual agreements.

    • Do not use our services for fraudulent or illegal activities.

4. Cash Offers

    • All cash offers are contingent on property evaluation and market conditions.

    • The final purchase price is subject to due diligence, including inspections and appraisals.

    • Offers are non-binding until executed in a written agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide accurate and reliable services; however, we are not liable for:

    • Market fluctuations affecting property values.

    • Third-party service providers, including lenders, title companies, and inspectors.

    • Errors in public records or other real estate data sources.

6. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services if a client provides false information, violates laws, or engages in unethical conduct.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Erie County, NY.
